AND

Any natural or legal person purchasing products from the Seller through the website https://parfumdubaistore.us (the "Buyer" or "Customer").

The following has been agreed:

PREAMBLE

The Seller markets perfumes, fragrances, and related cosmetic products to consumers through the website https://parfumdubaistore.us (the "Website"). The list and description of the products offered can be viewed on the Website.

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the Seller.

ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

These GTC govern all sales made through the Website and form an integral part of the contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are binding on the Buyer, who must accept them before placing an order.

The Seller reserves the right to update these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Website. The GTC applicable to an order are those in effect on the date the order is placed. By checking the relevant box during checkout, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these GTC without restriction or reservation.

The Customer confirms having the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, or being duly authorized to represent the legal entity on whose behalf the order is placed.

Unless proven otherwise, the order and payment records kept by the Seller constitute evidence of the transactions between the parties.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) on the product pages and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, excluding shipping costs, which are shown separately before payment is confirmed.

For orders shipped outside the United States, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not collected by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed and paid.

ARTICLE 4 – ONLINE ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, the Customer follows these steps: review the product and its description; select the product(s) and options; add to cart; enter shipping and billing information; select a payment method; review the order summary; accept these GTC; and confirm the order.

Before final confirmation, the Buyer may review and correct the order. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the contract, followed by payment and an order confirmation email.

Order, payment, and delivery records are archived by the Seller on a durable medium and may be provided to the Customer upon request.

The Seller reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in case of a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, an abnormal ordering pattern, or a dispute over a previous order.

ARTICLE 5 – PRODUCTS

The essential characteristics and prices of the products are available on the Website. Product images and illustrations are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding.

The Seller fulfills orders within the limits of available stock. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed and offered a substitute, a delayed shipment, or a full refund.

ARTICLE 6 – CONFORMITY

Products comply with applicable United States product safety and consumer protection standards. Any product that is defective or does not conform to its description may be returned, exchanged, or refunded in accordance with Article 11 and the Seller's Return Policy. ARTICLE 7 – RETENTION OF TITLE

Products remain the property of the Seller until payment has been received and cleared in full.

ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Order preparation typically takes 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays; estimated delivery times are indicated on the Website and at checkout and may vary by destination and carrier.

In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may contact the Seller to request an update, a cancellation, or a refund where appropriate. Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

ARTICLE 9 – PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed, using the secure payment methods offered on the Website (including major debit and credit cards). Payment data is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. If payment is declined or fails, the order is automatically canceled.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Seller offers a voluntary return period as described in its Return Policy, available at https://parfumdubaistore.us/pages/return-policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC. In summary, and subject to the full conditions of the Return Policy: the Buyer may request a return within 2 weeks of receiving the order, and must ship the returned product within 1 week of the return being authorized. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

ARTICLE 11 – WARRANTIES

The Seller stands behind the quality of its products. Where a product is found to be defective or materially not as described, the Customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the applicable warranty rights available under United States federal and New Mexico state law. Requests must be made by email to ibnalqayyim.commercial@gmail.com.

ARTICLE 12 – COMPLAINTS

Any complaint regarding an order should be sent to ibnalqayyim.commercial@gmail.com. The Seller will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably and in good faith.

ARTICLE 13 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (trademarks, images, text, logos, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the Seller or its licensors. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 14 – FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller's obligations under these GTC are suspended in the event of a cause beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or governmental restrictions, for as long as such event persists.

ARTICLE 15 – SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATION

If any clause of these GTC is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Any modification to these GTC requires the Seller's prior written agreement, except for the Seller's own right to update the GTC as described in Article 2.

ARTICLE 16 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data provided in connection with an order is processed by ARABIAN TECH LLC for the purpose of managing the order and the related customer relationship, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://parfumdubaistore.us/pages/privacy-policy. The Buyer may exercise their data rights as described in that Privacy Policy by contacting ibnalqayyim.commercial@gmail.com.

ARTICLE 17 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these GTC that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to the Buyer under the law of their place of residence.
